About Our Survey
We Believe That Great Service is The Best Medicine
At Legacy ER & Urgent Care our premise is straightforward: setting expectations high and delivering on them every day.
To that end, we survey all patients who provide a valid email address and/or phone number, typically within 24-48 hours after their visit. The star ratings you see are calculated by an average of responses to the question "likelihood to recommend to a friend or family" regarding their recent care by a provider at that location. Actual patient comments are displayed while preserving patient confidentiality.
Through continuous improvement based on constant review of real patient feedback, our commitment has led Legacy ER & Urgent Care into a category of its own for providing quality care with an extraordinary patient experience.
Who Receives the Survey?
The survey, sent using an independent patient experience company, goes out either by text or email to patients within 24-48 hours of their visit to a Legacy ER & Urgent Care facility. Patients are asked to rate their experience, complete a few survey questions, and optionally provide comments regarding specific aspects of their care. This feedback is tracked and followed up on daily to improve and enhance the care we offer.
Do You Post All Comments?
We post all relevant feedback – whether it’s positive or negative – while preserving patient confidentiality. We do not post comments that are libelous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients. Every patient’s rating is included in the star rating, even if the comment is not posted.
We use a rolling 24-months of feedback, so the ratings and comments you see are a reflection of the most recent experiences by patients getting care at the facility.
Can Anyone Complete a Survey or Post a Comment?
No. Only patients that visited a Legacy ER & Urgent Care facility receive a survey.
How is Patient Information Protected?
Patient names are not displayed through the online ratings and commentary reviews. All personally identifiable information that may have been provided by the patient in a comment is removed prior to display and/or we err on the side of the patient's privacy and opt to not display the comment. Even if the comment is not displayed, the rating that patient provided is still included in calculating the overall star rating.
