Dr. Steven Martz has served as the chief medical officer and medical director of nine freestanding emergency rooms, and he was previously the hospital emergency department medical director for California Emergency Physicians. Dr. Martz lives in Frisco with his wife Romy and three children. Most of his free time is spent chasing his children around, ushering them to extracurricular activities and keeping them out of his emergency room. He enjoys tennis, basketball and water sports as well as traveling with his family. He is also active in the emergency response team at his church.
