As three seasoned ER physicians in the Dallas area, we envisioned a better, more personal and time-efficient way to deliver emergency and urgent medical care to our community. So, we built it. Legacy ER reflects the next generation of urgent / ER care and we are proud to bring it to our families, neighbors and friends in Frisco. Our leading-edge ER offers the same capabilities and technology as hospital-based emergency rooms, but the comparisons stop there. Forget the typical sterile, chaotic cattle-call experience — you'll discover soothing, luxurious amenities, such as private sound-proofed rooms with TVs, plus a special play area for children.
We also provide a separate private entrance and exit for patients arriving or leaving via private ambulance. And, if you or a family member requires emergency transportation, we can help arrange a private ambulance for you.

- All-digital radiology suite includes a high-speed, multislice CT scanner for faster diagnosis and treatment
- Real-time readings of X-rays and CT scans by a board-certified radiologist
- On-sight anesthesia for many adult and pediatric procedures
- Emergency cardiac capabilities including defibrillators, EKG, pacing and monitoring equipment and advanced laboratory testing
